Great App! Has really helped me figure out my financial availability and risks.
This app is very easy to use. The other Zillow apps have some problems, but this one is so simple that works flawlessly every time.
Very handy when I want to do a quick check on rates and the trend. Also, easy to switch between different terms.
During my recent house hunt in the hit market I live in, I was constantly frustrated trying to compare various scenarios and how a change here affects that number there. This app worked precisely how I needed it to.
Its a simple to use app that is great for calculating mortgage affordability and estimates payments.
I have used this to find 1 loan and 2 refinances in 3 years. This is the best tool for shopping rates.
Some bad moments
This is no good for Canadians, its really just a sales tool for buying Mortgage. The payment calculation was off never mind it did not give enough options to make it use full. Needs lots of work dont bother

But at least it sort lets you use the calculator
Cool thought on the interface, but difficult to use slides as theyre over sensitive. Also its wildly inaccurate in both what it calculates and what it claims one can afford. Zillow must have a vested interest in making everyone house poor. The greatest generation always said 78% of your income should be spent on your house right???
When calculating a mortgage payment the screen slides down. The app becomes unusable.
It helps a lot I wish I could enter the numbers in along with sliding them. But thats minor nothing worth giving 4 stars for
